Shipping Every order ships from Hong Kong with free worldwide standard shipping. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express courier can be quoted at checkout for time-critical orders. Orders placed before 3pm Hong Kong time on a business day are usually dispatched within two business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Duties and taxes Prices are shown in USD and do not include import duties or local sales tax. Any charges levied by your customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns Unworn watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Faulty items Every watch carries a two-year movement warranty. If something is wrong out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it at our cost.
